In order to assist us, please make sure you specify the location accurately and a map reference would be very much appreciated - this can either be for the 1 km grid square (SK2332) or a full map reference (SK237324). If you need help on how to determine map references, please . Please do not put additional species in the comments field. Please use M for male or F for female in the sex field.

It is not really suitable for bulk submission since you will have to submit each record separately.
